1. Children’s Playground: Colored Rubber Flooring
Suelofit’s colored Rubber Flooring combines dyed rubber powder and black rubber granules. This high-elasticity polymer better showcases rich and vibrant colors and is commonly used outdoors. Beyond standard colors (grey, green, blue, red, black), This time, Suelofit specially customized yellow and purple colors for the client, better meeting their aesthetic requirements.
Suelofit designed more complex patterns for the client’s children’s play area ground according to the client’s requirements. To achieve the effect of the design draft, Suelofit realized the aesthetic design effect of the children’s play area by customizing large monochromatic floor mat modules with precise dimensions and seamless splicing.
The key technical point is that the client has high requirements for aesthetics, necessitating seamless splicing between irregular pattern edges and other mat areas. Suelofit’s new eco-friendly outdoor floor mat features a rigid rubber frame and concealed back fasteners that achieve stable engagement of circular and polygonal mats, with high tensile strength. Seam precision is <1mm, preventing sand-induced edge warping.

2. High-Performance Fitness Pathway: 30mm Rubberized floor Tiles
For the fitness pathway area, Suelofit installed 30mm rubberized interlocking tiles per the client’s specifications. Featuring an I-beam joint design, these tiles snap together securely for simple installation while maintaining consistent alignment.
Crucially, they use the identical base material and dyed rubber powder as the playground’s colored flooring – ensuring seamless color continuity throughout the community.
Rubberized floor tiles overcome the shortcomings of various hard floors and floor tiles, delivering safe, comfortable movement for walking and exercise routines.
The colored surface layer is made from fine rubber powder and tinted through a special process. The base layer consists of coarse rubber granules. The beveled edge design forms drainage channels after installation, where water rinsing is sufficient for cleaning, reducing maintenance burden.
3. Leisure Plaza: 30mm Standard Coarse Granule Flooring
The central plaza features 30mm Standard Coarse Granule Rubber Flooring using premium SBR tire granules, which has passed the -35°C~75°C cold and hot cycle test, and has the characteristics of waterproof, fireproof and high temperature resistance. Compared with traditional outdoor floor mats, it is more pressure-resistant, wear-resistant, odor-resistant, and more environmentally friendly.
